Azi

What was built.
The problem.
Azi needed a platform that could serve two distinct audiences simultaneously — clients looking to test their software, and individuals wanting to sign up as testers — while presenting as a credible, professional service in the South African market. As an internal Monkey and River project, it came with an undefined timeline and scope, requiring me to make architectural decisions independently and maintain consistent branding and components across three separate but interconnected websites.
How it was solved.
I designed and developed a main domain alongside two subdomains — each serving a distinct purpose in the user journey — ensuring seamless navigation between the home page, tester sign-up, and product testing flows. Built on WordPress and Elementor, the sites featured micro-interactions, complex custom sign-up forms, and Google Sheets–integrated contact forms for efficient data capture. User research and testing informed every design decision, with Yoast SEO and cPanel rounding out the technical stack. Agile methodology kept the project moving despite its fluid scope. Since launch, all three sites have been consolidated into a single URL without disrupting the user experience.
What it achieved.
The final platform launched as a polished, fully functional service — credible enough to attract both clients and testers from day one. The Google Sheets integration provided a lightweight, scalable solution for storing form data, and the architecture was deliberately built to accommodate future expansion as Azi grows within the South African market.
